  • On project completion, we provide the file(s) in about five business days or less.
  • For Photo Animations, you must then load the file folders into your web directory.
  • 360 Photography Animation files are animated with HTML 5 – not Flash.  Therefore, the animations should work universally with all current web-enabled devices.
  • Jules Design offers limited tech-support for 360 product photography animations.  Consider using a 360 viewer such as Imajize.com to host this content.  This service will facilitate loading the media onto your web site and the animation’s compatibility across web-enabled devices.
  • Video Animations are repeating loops suitable for online video players commonly used on YouTube, Vimeo or Instagram.

360° Product Photographs and Videos are an excellent way for web merchants to impress upon new customers.

360 Product Photography is becoming mainstream. They communicate the entirety of the product’s appearance in a single piece of media. As customers ingest pictures faster than words, 360 product shots can simplify, expedite and improve the online sales experience.Learn More

Some retailers have, and more will embrace this technology as it helps customers to make an informed buying decision. Home Depot USA now requires 360 product shots as a condition of business. Moreover, Amazon.com currently accepts 360 in product listings.

360 Product Photos have many advantages, but consider this:

Self-Hosting vs. Paid-Hosting for 360 Product Photography

You can publish 360 product photos in several ways. You can host it yourself, or on a specialized 360 third-party server.  If you host 360 content yourself, you can do it at a negligible cost. However, you will need to keep the animations software up-to-date to maintain compatibility with new emerging technologies; this is not always an easy task.  Learn More

Most servers are not optimized for 360 rotating product photography.

With the abundance of different web devices on the market, it is challenging to optimize for universal compatibility.  Machines range in screen sizes, mobile to desktop, and Flash to JavaScript.

Animations with big files can hurt your search engine rank as it can affect your page load speed.
To simplify the execution, look to Imajize.com.  It is a 360 product viewer service with expertise at hosting 360 content.

Their Key Service Benefits:

  • Your content will load faster
  • You won’t be blind-sided by technology changes
  • Your animations will work better across web enables devices and
  • They simplify the implementation of the media.
Loading a 360 animation is as simple as inserting a YouTube iframe.

360 Product Photos are not always shareable

Social media sites like Instagram, Pinterest, Google Image Search and Facebook do not or cannot publish index or share 360 photos. For this reason, conventional pictures and videos are still kings for sharing content.Learn More

This is not a bad thing. Customers do not need to see every angle of a product in order to decide on buying it.

Good product photos that demonstrate the item should often be all you need to make the sale. If you need to communicate specific product features, infographics are often a very practical, searchable, shareable and (usually) less expensive alternatives to 360 product shots.
